3. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms

Before completing an order, customers should review the selected service description, deliverables, price, and any applicable delivery estimate.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your order and prepare your customized home security plan. Missing or inaccurate information may affect the scope or completion time of the service.

We may contact you by email if clarification is necessary to fulfill your order.

Pricing and Payment

We will assess your request under the applicable service terms and consumer protection laws. Where cancellation and a refund are available, we will explain the applicable procedure.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

If preparation of your customized home security plan has already begun, your cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the contract terms, the work performed, the applicable statutory withdrawal rules, and any mandatory consumer rights.

We will not treat the customized nature of a service alone as an automatic basis for excluding statutory rights.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will generally be issued through the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise. The time needed for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Incorrect Order Information

You should only submit materials that you are entitled to share and should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive security information.

  • We are not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, unauthorized alterations to delivered materials, or improper implementation of recommendations, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses where a valid limitation is permitted by the applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The services are planning recommendations, not a guarantee of property protection or a substitute for emergency assistance.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in the country where a consumer habitually resides.

For consumers residing in the EU, a choice of German law does not deprive them of the protection afforded by provisions of their country of residence that cannot lawfully be derogated from by agreement.

Resolving Disputes
